Called mid morning as the car would not start and the dashboard indicated a low battery. Given the bad weather he had a lot of clients to deal with but promised he would be with me today. He kept me up to date with phone calls and arrived late afternoon. The problem was fixed immediately and, as he felt I had been waiting too long he refused to take payment despite me pushing him. A great guy and service - will definitely use him again.
